Stampendous - Snowy Postcard Stamp

Hello friends and visitors

I hope everyone is having a good week? This will be my last post for just over a week as I'm off to Spain on Friday... woo hoo, (I do have a scheduled post for TTCRD design team.) Our first foreign trip since December 2019. I'm so looking forward to it, my partner and I need some time to relax before Christmas. I have a Christmas card to share with you, not much to it really, but I like it! So here it is...

I used a 6x6 card blank and the stamp I've had for years and is still one of my favourites. It's from Stampendous - Snowy Postcard Stamp, I stamped it with Memento ink pad- Lady Bug colour, the papers are from Craft Sensations - vintage style glitter pad, Make & Create sentiment stamp, ribbon and bling from stash.

Have a good week ahead and I'll see you soon.

Pinksy Doodles for TTCRD Design Team

Good evening friends

This evening I am sharing my project that I have made for Through the Craft Room Door design team and today we are showcasing designs from Pinksy Doodles where you can win 5 Images/SVG's from their store. We are an 'Anything Goes Challenge' and you can showcase any craft, we would love if you can join in with us. I have chosen to use 'Butterfly Pop-Up Card'. I decided to use the SVG version and had to take the dust of my Cricut Maker to make this and here it is...

I decided to make a shaker card, the design is already sized, but I adjusted it slightly to fit an envelope I had, I used paper from Craft Sensations 12x12 pad 'Unique Stories', the peach backing card is from a Lidl card pack, the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and bling and small sequins from my stash.

Thank you for taking the time to visit and I look forward to seeing all your beautiful creations.

Penny Black - Noel, Three Kings

Hello friends,

A late posting from me, not been home long and we've had a lovely time away this week. Friday, we and his mother visited St George's Chapel at Windsor, I've got to say it was amazing and beautiful and another visit is on the cards. Anyway, I have a Christmas card to share and I'm really pleased with how it has turned out. I'm not the best at wet embossing and here it is...

To make this card I have used the following:
6x6 card base
Penny Black stamp - Noel, Three Kings
Embossed with Papermania Gold Embossing Powder
Craft Sensations - Merry Christmas Vintage Style Glitter Paper
Double Stitched rectangle die
Gold and Black card from The Range
Faux pearls - stash

Thank you for visiting and any comments are always lovely to read. Also a big welcome to Nikki for following my blog.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and see you soon.

LOTV - Penguins Ho Ho Ho

Hello Friends

I had a lovely weekend away and now home for a day before I'm off for another weekend away! I am a busy bee :) I'm hoping the weather improves for the weekend as it's pretty awful here in 'Sunny Southend', I can't believe how cold it is, I'll be getting the thermals out next! Anyway, I have a Christmas card to share with you all today and here it is...

It's another image from Lili of the Valley that I manged to buy in their recent 60% off sale - a bargain!

I have used the following to make this:
6x6 card base
LOTV Digi stamp which you can find HERE
coloured with Promarker's on to Neenah Classic card
The papers are from a pad called 'Pure Frozen' it has no maker's name, but I'm sure the pad came from The Range a few years ago.
Woodware snow punch
Everything else from stash.

Have a great weekend everyone. Please accept my apologies if I haven't caught up on your blogs, that'll be next week, I promise.

You Are My Sunshine- Lee Holland

Hi everyone

I hope you are all well. I'm off away again this Bank Holiday weekend to the Covid hotspot of England, yes Cornwall... Yikes. I'm hoping the weather will be good as my partner and I are attending a 50th birthday party. On the way back from Cornwall we're stopping off at Portsmouth for a night to visit the historic dockyard. So a busy weekend! This evening I'm sharing a card I have made using a new stamp to me, but I believe it's been around for a while and here it is...

To make this card I used the following

6x6 card base
Lee Holland Designs - 'You Are My Sunshine' stamp (this is such a cutie) which comes with sentiment
coloured with Promarker's onto Neenah Classic Card
Papers are Craft Sensations - Stars Shining
Bling and ribbon from stash.

Have a great Bank holiday weekend if you have one and I hope the weather improves with a bit of sun. See you all next week.

LOTV - Mouse with Daisy

Good afternoon friends and visitors

So I'm back from tortoise sitting, looking after them has certainly changed over the years! No just dumping them in the garden. So Elvis has his own home, heat lamp and heat mat, has special vitamins to take daily and here is a picture of him...

Anyway I'm here to share a card I have made for a few challenges and I'm using a Digi from Lili of the Valley, sorry, yes another image from them. And here it is...

I used the following to make this card:
6x6 card base
LOTV Digi image - 'Little Friends, Mouse with Daisy' you can find HERE
coloured with Promarker's on to Neenah Classic card
Basic Grey Papers -  Olivia paper pad (I've had for years!)
Bazzil Basic card
Ribbon and bling from stash
Dies are from Ebay.

Have a great week everyone and see you soon.
