LOTV - Little Friends, Rabbit with Daisy

Good morning everyone,

Well it's the last day of July, where has this month gone? Let's hope August is a good one and the weather improves in 'sunny Southend'. So another night of watching the Olympics, it brilliant to see Team GB win their medals, but I must say I'm pretty shattered, only another week to go! So while watching the BBC I've been creating cards and here is one I have made...

I have made this card using the following:

6x6 card blank
Lili of the Valley Digi image - Little Friends, Rabbit with Daisy which you can find HERE
Coloured with Promarker's on to Neenah Classic card
First Edition papers - Forever Free
Lawn Fawn sentiment die
Whimsy Stamps corner die
Ribbon and Faux from stash.

I would like to say a big thank you for all the comments left recently, it's so much appreciated. Have a great weekend and see you soon.

Seven Deadly Sins - Pride

Good evening friends, I hope everyone is well? So who is watching the Olympics? I have a few bags under my eyes! Team GB are doing amazingly well at the moment and there is more to come. The weather here in 'sunny Southend' is a bit hit and miss, but so much cooler, which is good as I'm crafting through the night. Anyway I have made a few cards and here is one of them....

I have made this card using the following:
6x6 card blank
Bildmalarna - Seven deadly sins stamp this one is 'Pride' (I have 5 in this set and was disappointed that I couldn't get the other two, I'll keep checking Ebay!)
Which is coloured with Promarker's on to Neenah classic card.
The papers are from Basic Grey which I've had for years - Indian Summer
The sentiment is from a Lili of the Valley stamp you can buy the Digi stamp here
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts
Ribbon and embellishment's from stash.

A lot of my cards that I am making are using up old stamps and paper which I've had for years!

Thank you for taking the time to visit, I would like to say a special thank you to Meg who always makes the time to comment, they are much appreciated.

Enjoy the rest of your week and see you all soon!

Howzat!

Hello everyone,

It's lovely here in sunny Southend, nice and cool, which is letting me get some sleep.. yay. So I have a card to share with you, a nice summer CAS sports card - I do love my cricket and am so pleased that it's back on the BBC! Plus the Olympics are on too, so my tv is sorted for the next fortnight! So here is my card, using a very old stamp that I have had for ages and never inked up...

For those of you who don't know about cricket you can find some information here. Cricket here in England is played during the summer months.

To make this card I used the following:

Flower Soft - Moments in Time - Howzat stamp
stamped on to Neenah Classic card
coloured with Promarker's
The sentiment stamp is MFT - Jungle Friends

Enjoy your week ahead everyone.

Mimosa Christmas Flowers

Hello,

So it's a Friday evening, totally bored, nothing on the TV to watch - well not what I want to watch! I've spent the day making a start on my Christmas cards, to be honest I don't send that many as I usually donate what I would spend on postage to the local hospice. So here is one I've made today...

I've had this image for such a long time and it's sad that Bildmalarna no longer trade, I really liked their images, anyway I thought I would ink this up, she is such a cutie.

To make this card I used the following:

6x6 card base
Bildmalarna - Mimosa Christmas Flower stamp
Coloured with Promarker's
Docrafts Papermania First Noel papers
Cut & Make sentiment die
Bling and ribbon from my stash (I blinged the centres of all the flowers.)

Have a great weekend everyone, thank you for taking the time to visit and I'll see you all soon!

Stand Tall

Happy Monday Everyone

Well June was such a busy month for me, I visited Stratford-upon-Avon and went to Shakespeare's house and other Shakespeare related sites, then on to Oxford and visited Blenheim Palace, which was amazing and will be going again and then a few day's in London for my half brother's wedding which was beautiful and emotional, so not much crafting done, July is catch up time! I have loads of birthdays in August. I have made a start and here is the first one, my version of Clean & Simple...

I have used a DL card blank, a scalloped slimline die, the stamp is from Ebay and has been coloured with Promarker's.

Thank you for taking the time to visit, it would be lovely if you would leave a comment. I'll be catching up on your blogs later. Have a good week and yes I know I have spelt created wrong... Doh.
