Hello Friends, please accept my apologies for being a bad blogger. I have been quite poorly recently, I am a diabetic and have been having problems with my medication. No excuse really! My New Years resolution is to get back into blogging and uploading my cards - I have loads on my hard drive that need sorting out.

I would like to thank you all for sticking with me, that's so kind of you.  I have been visiting your blogs, but I am a really bad commenter!  Anyway I wish you all and your families a very Happy Christmas and a great 2012.

Is Summer here Yet!

Hello Friends
I hope you are all keeping well? What I would like to know is what's happened to the sun today, I'm hoping it's back for the rest of the week as I am holiday. Anyway I have a card to show you today, which may remind some of you of good days in the sun!!  I'm using another stamp from Bild Malarna I'm so loving these stamps!  It's from the 7 deadly sins range. I'm also entering this card into some challenges, this list will be at the end of this post. So here is my creation:

Please accept my apologies for being such a useless blogger, I can't believe its been over 2 months since my last post. I need more hours in the day!!
Also I'm dedicating this post to my blogging pal Mau who has sent me some lovely messages while I've been absent. Thank you Mau.
I've been experimenting on some of my cards and this one is so different for me. I usually go for neat and tidy cards, but I've had a go a distressing and sewing.  Mmm I blame Teresa she has such beautiful cards. I think I'm pleased with it! So here it is:

Hello, I would first like to say thank you for all the lovely comments on my last card, they were so much appreciated and lovely to read. I also had a lovely couple of days away and found a lovely craft village to visit - all I can say it was lucky I got paid while I was away!  Also I would like to apologise with lack of commenting, this is due to blogger issues - hopefully this will sort itself out soon.

Elisabeth Bell - Pen Pal

Hello Friends

I hope you are all well, it's a real cloudy day here in Southend, but quite muggy. 
I'd like to thank Charity Crafter (Leigh), Lorraine from Lorraines creations and Angie aka Justang for my beautiful cards and the lovely gifts I received too.

I've got so much to do today as the boyfriend is taking me away tomorrow for a couple of days to Devizes, so looking forward to a change of scenery. I haven't even thought about packing yet!

Anyway enough of me talking complete rubbish and on to my card. It's another creation using an Elisabeth Bell stamp - I do love them and it's ashame you can't buy them from Sugar Nellie anymore.  I'm really pleased with the way this card turned out and thought I'll enter it into some challenges.
