Well a comment was left on my last post that I hadn't used any of my dies from China from the lovely Sandy. So I thought I would share a card I made using two of the dies. One came from Ebay and the other from Aliexpress. I'm loving these dies as they are sooo cheap. I've saved so much money and have been able to buy loads at a fraction of the price that die companies are charging in the UK. Anyway here is my creation. Thank you for taking the time to look.
I love the tree die and it came from here and the owl die from here. You maybe able to get these cheaper. The ribbon is from Kayes textiles, the papers are from a cheap pad from The Range and the flowers are Papermania and the sentiment is Craftwork cards which I coloured with a Promarker.

Hi all.
I have made a card for the Lili of the Valley Facebook challenge and the theme is 'Summer.' What I would like to know, what has happened to the weather, summer it's not more like an autumn dreary day. I'm really pleased with the card it has turned out better than the design I had in my mind. The ingredients for the card are Lili of the Valley retired Art Pad, ribbon is from Kayes textiles, papers are First Edition, flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts, sentiment is also Lili of the Valley, Spellbinders dies and the decoration in the corners are unbranded from China.
Here is my creation, I hope you like it any comments left are always lovely to read.

Hi Everyone
The weather has been great here in sunny Southend this week. Which means I haven't done as much crafting as I wanted to. However, I have been receiving what I call 'happy mail' from China. I found a closed group on Facebook here which has been great fun in meeting new people and posting pictures and receiving loads of advice on cheap dies and other crafting bits from Aliexpress in China. It's a fun group of people and we've had a great laugh. I had started to purchase dies from Ebay and thought they were cheap, but wow some of the prices on Aliexpress are incredibly cheap. If you don't mind waiting to receive your purchases which can take up to 2 months to arrive then go for it as they say.
I would say that some of the dies can be a bit smaller so check the sizes before you buy.
Aliexpress doesn't take Paypal, I've registered my debit card and haven't had a problem. If you are worried about this, I would suggest you buy from Ebay.
Some of the dies are copies of well know brands.
Out of all of the dies I have purchased so far, only one I have had a problem in cutting, that could be the card I used was a bit thick and the die was quite intricate.

I have ordered stamps sets, embossing folders and some flowers which haven't arrived yet. Once I receive them I will leave a review.

Hi Peeps
Well as I said in my previous post, I am getting back to this blogging lark. It's a sort of therapy for me. I suffer from severe depression, so as part of my therapy, I'm slowly getting back to crafting and part of this is to share my creations. It's been a long road to get to this position for me and I'm grateful for friends and family for their support. Anyway here is a little creation I made for no one in particular, I just enjoyed making it. Anyway folks I hope you like it. Have a great week ahead.

I have used an image from a discontinued Lili of the Valley art pad, papers are First Edition, 'Birdsong', heart and hello dies are Memory Box the pointy die is unbranded from China and you can get it from here (just put in cutting dies in the search box,) ribbon is from here (if you're into sewing they have lovely material, (I just wish I was clever enough to make my own clothes,) gems are from stash.
Hello everyone.
Well where has the time gone. I can't believe it's been so long since my last post. Well I've decided to give blogging another go. Rather that start a new blog, I'm giving this one a makeover! I gave up cardmaking for over a year as my mojo went walkabout. I didn't give up crafting altogether, I was crocheting and knitting which I did enjoy. Now, I am slowing coming back to making cards. I am surprised how much has changed and how much prices have increased!!
Anyway if you are still with me, then thank you for staying around and hopefully in the near future I'll get a few more followers.
