Less is More!

Hello,

What a beautiful morning we have here in Southend, I got up early this morning and went for a brisk walk along the sea front. Time for a large cup of coffee now!

I would like to say a big thank you for all your lovely comments left on my last card, they were so lovely to read.  So on to my card, I thought I would give the 'Less is More' challenge a go, this is so out of my comfort zone, which I'm sure a lot of bloggers have found. I found that I actually enjoyed doing this card. Even though I missed week 1 of the challenge I emailed the girls and Chrissie said I can add a card, but it won't be showcased.

Week 1 card.

Friendship Card for Kay aka Incy!

That's it no more work for a couple of weeks, I'm on holiday and on Thursday I'm off to Stoke on Trent for a couple of days. Me and the boyfriend are going to a dinner and dance on Friday night at Port Vale FC, what are the chances that Robbie Williams will be there? One lives in hope! Once back I have a couple of weeks of card making woohoo, I'm so behind at the moment.

So on to the card I made for Kay aka Incy for the January friendship card swap over on Docrafts. I love doing these swaps as its a good way of making new friends. You can find Kays lovely blog here.

For my Niece!

Hello Friends

I've had a lovely day off today and spent it making cards and watching 24 on DVD Jack Bauer is so handsome!

I would like to say a very big thank you for all your lovely comments on my last card. They were so lovely to read. I'm so glad that I'm back!

My card today is a card for my niece it's her birthday on Monday. She's a shopaholic especially for clothes and shoes.

Back with my First Card Since October!

Hello to all my loyal followers!

Apologies for not blogging since last October, but I decided to take a break from blogging. This was due to starting a new job and I wanted to concentrate on that. I had been unemployed for 18 months so getting in to a routine again was a struggle, but I am back!

It's been lovely to see many of my blogging friends have done so well for themselves, by becoming design team members. Well done to you all!

I would also like to thank all my loyal followers for staying with me. So on to my card, it's using a stamp from LOTV, I so love these stamps.

It's a Wedding!

Hi Friends
I hope you are all ok and a big thank you for all those that commented on my last card it meant a lot. Well what I want to know whats happened to the weather, it's blowing a gale here in Southend.

Anyway I thought I would share with you another card using a stamp from the Lili of the  Valley range, I do love their stamps. So on to my card using the wedding couple. It's the first time I have used it even tho I've had it a while.
